Resolving Stress - a mind-body approach

Are you feeling overwhelmed by life? Do you feel lost and demotivated? Perhaps you find yourself reacting to those people around you? Have you been exposed to a stressful situation (s) for a long period of time and you now feel exhausted?

“The ability to return to regulation is the essence of resilience.” Deb Dana

Everyday experiences can trigger dysregulation of the nervous system, these can include going to work, getting your children ready for school, having too many responsibilities, being alone….and so the list goes on. This means that the body’s stress responses are often triggered frequently throughout the day, often outside of one’s conscious awareness. When the body’s stress responses are continually triggered like this, your nervous system takes you into ‘survival mode’. Living in survival mode is exhausting and will likely take you down the road to burnout if left unresolved.

I have created a nurturing 6 week group programme designed to bring you out of survival mode and help you feel more present, increase your capacity to cope with everyday experiences and feel more energised and stable in life.

If this sounds like what you need, please join me to;

  • Understand and explore what stress is and how it effects you

  • Learn techniques that will build a long lasting sense of safety and resilience
    into your nervous system.

  • Master techniques to regulate your nervous system and
    digest unresolved emotions.

  • Create new habits to increase your resilience to future stressful events
